Preiss, the parent company that owns my apartment building and this apartment community has set up an almost complete monopoly along hilsborough street which means if you want to live close to campus you will pay premium prices with differing levels of service. My apartment was not ready for move in and the staff was cooperative but reluctant to help. I would reccomend living farther off campus for cheaper rent with the same if not better customer service. ...
