My lease is almost over thank god. The only good thing about this property is the appliances and I’m not kidding. I was able to depend on everything working besides my A/c and I’ll get into that later. During my time here, there were issues from moving in until now. First, my appliances were never in place when I moved in even when they pushed my move in date to have “everything set”. After moving in, my water heater was never turned on. Soon after, my ac went out repeatedly. Maintenance brushed it off at first, until it took its final breath. My apartment reached 90 degrees WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN. They eventually fixed the issue and soon after I found out I was expecting and my bathroom ceiling was FALLING for weeks. They tried to put caulk on the ceiling and not even a week later, it would sink back down. Maintenance once again brushed it off until I put in perspective if the ceiling falls on me and my unborn child, then I WILL SUE. After that, they rushed to get the problem fixed. Unfortunately my neighbors were dealing with an abusive situation and I let the leasing office know in perspective that I have a newborn son and their encounters will lead into the hallway. With it leading to the hallway, these people often made the hallway dirty and NO the office doesn’t clean this either. They said to call the police. When the police was called, even after having evidence that they were popping off their gun, of course they were going to say “nothing was going on”. How is nothing going on when a female in your apartment is literally screaming for her life every other day with marks on her body? Also, even if you don’t smoke in your apartment, you’ll ALWAYS smell what’s going on in the building. There’s no way around it. The “decal” parking is a joke. I pay for a parking spot that is ALWAYS taken whether I’m here or not and to make matters worse, if the person isn’t “physically” parked in your spot, then you can’t tow. That is the dumbest rule I’ve ever heard because I’ve been forced to stay in my apartment due to someone blocking me in for HOURS ON END. The leasing office does nothing to enforce this and when you call the towing company, they tell you to just call the leasing office. How can I call them “on the weekend” when they are closed?? It’s unbelievable that they’re increasing the rent when it’s not worth what I’m paying already. ...

Often take weeks to get any maintenance or to even get a call back about maintenance requests. While I’ve had no issues with my current apartment, my older apartment almost burned down due to a fault circuit board that started smoking in my room. Very scary ...
