The faculty and staff are wonderful. The prices are cheaper than other places and is right next to Georgia State University campus. I would recommend not getting a room with a window facing the street.

I love one12 for the little time that I have been there. My roommate is the perfect match for me and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend to people like a quiet place, who aren't bothered by smoke, and people who have dogs.

It was alright. There is more freedom compared to living on campus but that can also be a downside. The cost has gone up a little and there can be a strong scent of weed in the hallways. Students are able to live with two people in one room to save money with other people in other rooms. ...
