The landlord is difficult at times, he's not very timely with fixes and didn't ask us if we wanted to resign our leases before giving our apartment away for next year. He's a nice, reasonable guy though, who doesn't bother you ever. Main street is a nice
place to live, in the center of all the action- but it can get noisy on the second floor (from people living above you), the walls are very thin so you can always hear people in the room next to you, and Main Street gets rowdy on bar nights.
