I really like the apartment, but we were given wrong instructions on how to fill out form. Additional, the day we moved in the changed the door keys on us. AND I had some kind of bugs in my room, took them over a week to come in a spray and additional they blamed me. ...

It can take a while to get in contact with the staff but in general it’s a nice and functioning apartment. It has a fireplace and washer/dryer set, which is what sold me on the apartment. Electricity is not included.

Pimlico is the perfect location for apartments. Great staff who make it easy to love where you live and great costs for any student looking for feasible living. It is within walking distance and has everything I need.

My experience overall has been good. The apartments are cozy with full fixtures, dishwasher/washer and dryer. This complex is a short walk from restaurants and campus as well as to a bus stop that takes students directly to campus. I've found living here to be peaceful and I have a great sunset view. A couple things that could improve would just be maintenance request response time (at least two weeks) and parking. ...
