The management at Prospect is poor to say the least, not very responsive to problems or helpful. However, if you have no issues it's not noticeable. The living spaces are very nice and large for the price. Amenities are lacking to say the least (gym equipment is broken, pool closed, printer not working, etc.) ...

This is my second year living at Prospect Milledgeville. The maintenance cares about the residents and makes sure the apartments are safe to live in. They respond quickly to a work order. The prices could be lower but the staff is nice.

I have loved living at Prospect! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The apartment is beautiful with an open floor plan. You get your own bed and bath with a huge walking closet! The kitchen is up to date and is so nice!

I have really enjoyed living at prospect! The whole apartment is so nice with a huge bedroom and beautiful kitchen! You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, and huge walking closet. Super close walk to campus which is a lifesaver in the mornings! Friendly staff, very helpful! ...
