12 Bartlett is in a PRIME location. Perfect area for food, gym, bus access and then the fun of College Avenue. The apartment itself is only a few years old and the upkeep and maintenance is of quality.

It’s really nice. I got to meet some great people. The neighborhood, safety, class, and simplicity is simply amazing for what I was looking for at this point in my life. It’s really comfortable and affordable for me, and it’s been really helpful

It's not a bad place to live by any means, just very overpriced. It is completely non-furnished, and while the staff is friendly, sometimes it can be hard to get answers. I would only recommend if you have a cash surplus and are living with all friends.
