The building is very nice but the residents do not seem to care about the building. There are exit signs being knocked off of ceilings, elevator buttons missing, robberies, carpet coming up from the ground and it is very tacky. The building itself is pretty quiet so you don't have to worry about being kept up all night because of loud parties. ...

It has not been a pleasant experience. I have had my car broken into in the parking deck, there was a car stolen in the parking deck and rent is too high for what you get. Also, they took a rent payment out of my account twice, which made my account overdraft. Then charged me extra on rent because it was "late", which is wasn't. And they refused to take off the extra charges on my rent. And also, I have had my car towed out of there TWICE, 220$ each time, even though I AM A RESIDENT THERE. I have just been ripped out of so much money for living there. If that apartment wasn't so close to campus, there is no way I would live there. ...

I have lived at Rush for the past two school years and this year things took a turn for the worst. The apartment complex itself is decent to live in, but this past year we have had multiple cars stolen and unnecessary fines been given out. If the apartment complex could get things back to how they were last year I believe it would be a great place to live but until then I would give the overall rating a 3/10. ...

Rush was renovated not shortly before I moved in but only a few months later there are missing exit signs, the rug is coming up, there has been an alleged armed robbery that has required an increase in security however it just isn't what it should be for the money we are paying. ...

I love the rush. It is clean. It has a lot of amenities. The surrounding area has things in walking distance. Staff helps with whatever you need. The rooms are nice. Maintenance comes the same day you put in a request! I love it!

I love living here, the apartments are super nice. The walls between the apartments are not great with sound so I can hear the people in the other apartment which is fine because this is college living. The security is good it’s just the area we live in isn’t the safest part of town. I love that there’s lots of updates sent to us about what is going on in the apartment complex. The staff is very nice the only thing is there’s been fire alarms going off a lot while living here and everyone has to evacuate and it ends up being a drill. ...

With COVID-19 going on they were able to house many students. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the quality and amenities fit the price. The staff is pretty good about communicating with their residents and are very proactive in resolving issues.

I decided to move into Rush after cancelling my on campus housing due to COVID-19. When moving I had some issues with gettin everything registered but i have had a pretty good experience since. Rush apartments has been amazing from the start. These definitely are considered 'luxury'. The only complaint is that it is pet friendly, so every once in a while there will be evidence of pets in the hallways or elevators.

The apartment complex is very nice, it has all sorts of amenities. I only say it isn't very quiet is because my neighbors are loud and the walls are thin. We have had a few fire drills here where the alarm goes off and it was due to technical difficulties. The staff is very nice and most of them live in the complex too. There is a trash service where people come to pick up our trash outside ours. doors but there's been a few times they miss us. We are allowed to have animals as well which does come with some issues. There are a few people who have let their dogs go to the bathroom in the hallways and didn't go back to pick it up. Otherwise, the rooms are very nice and I have my own bathroom. The rooms are carpeted which is nice so I can sit on the floor. ...

It’s an extremely clean and safe place. The amenities are very luxurious. The apartment is spacious and clean. It has a very pretty sitting lounge as well as a big swimming pool. The safety is pretty good since you need a key fob to enter the building
