I have loved my experience at Santa Barbara and have really enjoyed the people that live there. They maintain the grounds very well and the staff is always willing to answer questions and help with any maintenance needed.

This is a very nice place to live. It is perfect location and the grounds are kept very neat. They are good at working with you and what you're apartment needs. I really enjoy the common area as well!
