Stadium Enclave was a very clean and nicely designed place to live. At times, the staff was not accommodating. Maintenance usually responded fairly quickly to complaints. It was fairly loud because of its location.

The perfect college neighborhood, always something to do or just hang in the beautiful apartment. Staff & maintenance always friendly and effective. Close to campus so not a far walk. Parking is a concern because there’s limited spots but other than that 10/10. ...
