The Branbury is a friendly place for college students. Unfortunately because of the pandemic there arent many student activities going around. Over its saved and great distance from all around camps .

I just recently rent there but my friends said it that The Branbury is such a fun place to live! they lived here over the past year and had such fun roommates! The amenities are so nice and the apartments are too! We all loved living here and were sad to leave! I will always recommend The Branbury to anyone looking for a place to live here in Provo! ...

I applied for early move-in in July. I was sent an email with a form attached to fill out but it was blank; the second email was the same. I had to take a day off work to fill it out. All of this led to the office misplacing my paperwork and telling me it was too late to reapply. When I showed up with my dad, however, they found it easily and gave me a room assignment in minutes. My key never worked to access the clubhouse in the entire year I lived there. The pool was occasionally cleaned but there was often a film of dead bugs and leaves. The room itself wasn’t bad, just dated. It was actually a nice large size. However, the bathroom was problematic. One night, the shower handle broke and wouldn’t turn off, and maintenance said the earliest they could be there was six hours later. They ended up arriving after eleven. Not only that, but the toilet would flood with nothing but urine. After five separate maintenance requests, they replaced our toilet, but we had to throw out our rugs and the shoes we wore while cleaning the flooding. The dishwasher was almost useless. It was incredibly noisy and mildly rinsed the dishes rather than washing them. Every unit was updated differently; a friend’s had tile floors in the kitchen where ours had wood, but our living room had crown molding not flush to the ceiling and two colors of paint that she didn’t experience. The larger room in our apartment next to the water heater had mold and water damage in the ceiling. That friend’s apartment had mold in the kitchen so deep in the walls they had to gut that corner. In short, though the small private rooms are lovely, the maintenance team struggles, plumbing problems and mold are abundant, and the office staff is incompetent. I’m glad I left. ...
