The Dutcher House boasts reasonable pricing in a quaint and quiet area of town where you are a stones throw away from live music, farmers markets, and local shops.
The grounds are reasonably maintained, though signs of wear and tear on the stairwells
and hallways are quite evident. The staff are nice and willing to help with any questions or changes to your apartment, additionally there is a laundromat located in the building which is very convienient.
The biggest downside I would say is a lack of an elevator to help move in furniture. But all in all I really enjoy living here and it's a great place to be while in school.
