The Graduate is a great apartment complex at Penn State. Not only is it affordable, but it is also very close to campus and is located in a safe area. Additionally, the staff and maintenance team are very kind, helpful and understanding.

Great apartment building close to everything I needed. Located downtown and next to most of the engineering buildings which was great. The apartments were decent for a college apartment. The leasing office was always helpful.
