I really like living at The Grove for the location. It's about a 1 mile walk to the center of campus, so I walk very frequently. If you don't want to walk, the Tiger Transit arrives about every 10 minutes. I live in a 2Br 2Bath with my roommate and the setup is very nice. The room, bathroom, and closet are all quite large. The cost is a bit high, but for the location and setup everything around is comparable. The grounds can be a little messy, but that is to be expected with student housing. Maintenance has always been fantastic and has responded to our problems quickly. ...

Overall, the experience has been good. I would not recommend it to a freshman because one misses the college experience of bonding with others and feeling a part of the school. It is a bit isolating. The apartment shows well, but the stairs and landings are dirty and need to be pressure washed. Management is not good about doing that. ...
