The actual apartments are nice, disregarding the fact that they show you a sectional couch in the photos and you do not receive that. Maintenance was horrible in the fall, took many days to come fix a problem but now they are much better this semester.

My experience was not great. Any maintenance issue took several months to be resolved. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors constantly. It is cheaply made. Although a little pricey, it was incredible to have my own room and bathroom, plus the privacy is unmatched. It does get cold in the winter because of the hardwood floors, and costs a lot to warm up (my 3 roommates and I would each pay easily over $50 for heating). The lodges is a great place to live while studying at MSU! The apartments are nice and spacious. There is convenient parking right outside of each apartment and a shuttle to campus that runs every 15-30 minutes during the school week!
