So far it’s been exceptional, as far as student housing goes. It’s a nice community next to the UTSA campus. I love the amenities we have, and the options we can choose from when applying for a lease!!

My experience at The Outpost has been rocky, when I first moved in my roommates were extremely messy and that caused roaches and bed bugs to enter the apartment. The roommates left and I was left with the infections. It took about two months for them to replace the bed and there is constant exterminators coming in but the roaches are still there. Also the people above me threw two parties a week and between those times were unnecessarily loud. I frequently called the office to file complaints, nothing was done so I had to call the police a few times when it was super late. ...

The Outpost is a great place if you want to live with friends. However, its not the cleanest place to live. Sometimes the trash bins are overflowed, and I have had many roaches inside the apartment despite how clean my roommates and I are. We have cleaned almost every day, but roaches still seem to come. Other than that the apartments have a movie theater and a game room for all the residents to hang out in which is really nice. ...

Maintenance could use some work. Front office was good about reminders on packages, and was also very nice when I would call with any questions. The courtesy officer was nice but the security of the property itself could use some work because cars were always getting broken into. ...
