The Villas at Babcock was a decent place to stay. The amenities were pretty nice, such as the gym and the swimming pool. The computer station/community area was pretty unused. I had many problems as there was consistently a miscommunication between the staff and I. For example, I woke up one day and they towed my car relocating it without any notice. Furthermore I question their integrity as I have won several prizes from their events and then they deny my hard work. ...

I have not lived there yet but do plan for the upcoming year for fall semester 2021. i have seen the apartment and i love all it has and also love ow i can take my pet. i will also will be living along with my cousin.

I have enjoyed my experience at The Villas at Babcock, so much so that I have renewed my lease for next year. I appreciate having my own bedroom and bathroom and currently live with one of my high school friends and friends I made while in college.

The room they gave me was infested with roaches and bugs. the apartment had tenants who renewed their lease but had left for the summer. On move in day i spoke to the general manager and he sent the cleaning crew over. once they arrived they told me, that under management instructions they are not allowed to throw away anything even rotten food and trash. with everything going on in the world right now i expected more, especially since the apartment complex claimed everything was disinfected and cleaned thoroughly previous to move in day. ...

So far I really like the Villas. I love that it is not a traditional apartment, but they are built like townhomes. They come furnished and you can still add your own style to each room. But the gates have messed up so many times now, but I would still reccommend these apartments to anyone looking for off campus housing. ...
