it is in the perfect spot to allow me to get to my in-person classes, the mountain lair, and to other apartments on the downtown campus. It takes me 5-10 minutes to get around and back to my apartment. I love the city environment around it as well. My view of the sunset and river is perfection. Very grateful to live there.
