U Pointe on Speight is a great option for off campus living. The amenities are great, the distance to campus is convenient, and the staff are very friendly. My only negative experience has been with the responsiveness of their maintenance workers. We had our fridge break a couple times in a single semester, and our washing machine broke once. They can take a very long time to fix things... up to 2 weeks unless you get a parent to call and speed up the process. But the workers are very friendly!
