So far I have had a great experience living in Uncommon when it comes to the building management and location. The only issue with the building is it seems that everything was put up quite quickly. A lot of the smaller things such as shower hooks or screws holding in the air vent grates have fallen out and needed repair. This was shocking considering how new the building is. ...

Has been very pleasant so far. They staff is very helpful and willing to work with you. The apartment complex is very clean and neat. The Amenities are just amazing. The apartments themselves are spacious and well designed.
