The townhouse is what you would expect for off campus student housing in South Okaland. The area can get noisey between parties, trains, helicopters, and traffic but it's not too bad. The grass is taken care of, but the patio area in the back connecting all the houses often has garbage and broken glass. We have not had trouble while dealing/communicating with Walnut Capital. ...
