My experience at University Walk has been pleasant. I have enjoyed the proximity to school and the facilities offered for us. I have been able to focus on my studies especially being online while being at my apartment.

This is a great apartment complex. My neighbors are a bit loud but I am sure that that is not the case with most people. The staff are friendly and help out in any way possible. Maintenance comes within a day or so and are also very friendly and give recommendations in order to keep the issues from happening again. ...

I enjoy living at University Walk as it is so close to campus, and has a really good community. Although all of the amenities are shut down due to COVID-19, I still like living here and don't find it as a deal breaker. It is also super safe and I have never felt unsafe while alone here. The price is also very affordable which is a huge plus. ...

University walk is a very beautiful apartment complex right in front of UNCC! Although most of the amenities are closed due to covid, it is literally right across the street from campus. I’m glad I chose U Walk!
