Living at Varsity square was a typical apartment experience. The facilities were exactly what are to be expected at a college town apartment. Quite, and clean for the most part. Not really any complaints about the property.

While they were always super nice, it was definitely a cheaper apartment. They allowed my dogs which was great, but there were cockroaches and ants and all sorts of bugs constantly finding their way in. And maintenance didn't seem to really fix many of the plumbing issues I reported. ...
