There has been a lot of issues with the water. They have had to shut off the water for days at a day in the last few months. This is particularly problematic because without the water, we also did not have heat. In November and December.

It is a great apartment complex and in a nice neighborhood. Great views from the balconys and lots of space inside. However, maintenance is very slow and unresponsive. Unfortunately, no air-conditioning, but you can pay to have fans put in. Also, there is a real problem with people not picking up their dog poop. ...
