This place is horrible. Maintance is lousy. You call or make a maintance request you need to call them and remind them if they haven't been there after two days. Richard especially does a horrible job. Walks around or drives a golf cart with a cigarette in his mouth. He will also walk up to your door smoking a cigarette and then flicks it onto the ground, which he doesn't pick up by the way. The manager Jessica, is terrible as well. Nothing gets done and if you had a problem that was NOT your fault, they won't put it down in your file. So when it comes time to get your deposit back, its not written down! I had a flood in my apartment due to the very old ac unit in the apartment (two floods actually) and my furniture stained the carpet. (antique brown furniture) I told the office and they said there would be no problem because of the floods. Well, I didn't get my deposit back. I'm currently dealing with the LYND COMPANY,(a joke of a company) who by the way, doesn't return phone calls (Melinda) and called me a liar, so basically the company is worthless. I have proof thank goodness by happen chance of writing it all down in a maintence request because my carpet was fraying. Melinda or her supervisor will not call or email me back and I will soon begin legal action. Its no longer about the money, its about principle. I was told by three employees at the front office that I would not get charged for the carpet. Ironically, two of them no longer work there and the LYND COMPANY (MELINDA) refuses to call them. There was also a water retracting company that the front office didn't even BOTHER TO TELL ME (I have a cat) came out the same day to retract water. My poor animal. I found this out a YEAR LATER. SO moral of the story, if you HAVE TO rent here, make sure you get a COPY upon COPY of your files. You have a right to them so they can not refuse.
