I know a lot of residents, like me, have issues with Renew. Property Management in Missouri is loosely set up so that a working relationship can be made between tenant and manager, which is usually less than ideal, unfortunately. This place is no different as the relationship is somewhat negative for tenants; really bad, extremely unprofessional management, bad or no repairs, units that could be nice but arenโ€™t due to mold, mildew, rotting floors, leaks, broken windows that donโ€™t lock, holes, non-working old appliances that you pay a premium for in electric as they are not energy efficient and tons of fees that are surprising bc they arenโ€™t honest. Read on. Hereโ€™s what you can do as a good citizen and good renter; report it so your voice is heard. The five agencies you can report to are: Fair Housing and HUD bc they actually issue fines and you get a portion, Dept of Revenue bc they (Renew) take your money but do not do even the most basic things that are in your contract for the money taken (for example, maintenance and pest control), the District Attorney bc he will not hear anyone unless you keep complaining and make it an issue, Missouri Commission of Human Rights bc we are all human and have basic constitutional rights that are largely ignored and the Better Business Bureau. Make one complaint draft and copy and paste to all agencies. The next step is to take your complaint and send it to the three members of the Executive Team for Trinity Property Group, which happens to own Renew and let your voice and complaints be heard by actual people that invest in this company: Clyde โ€œChipโ€ Leaver III, Managing Director - chip@trinity-pg.com Jeffrey J. Hirschoff, Director of Operations and Asset Mgmt - jeff@trinity-pg.com Anthony M. Triglia, Director of Finance and Acquisitions - anthony@trinity-pg.com Let your voice be heard about the truly unconstitutional living conditions property managers and landlords expect you to be okay with while basically stealing your money as youโ€™re complaining about deplorable conditions, contractual necessities that are ignored and potential or realized health issues due to maintenance laziness, bad faith arrangements, false advertising and promotions never realized. It doesnโ€™t cost them - it costs you and keeps you poor and angry in this ridiculous and ever increasing expensive racket of an economy. Your property managers certainly arenโ€™t suffering like you either bc they know their rights and they get paid the same whether they listen, respond, correct issues or in most cases, do not correct. There are only a few items that the state requires and by far and large, every place Iโ€™ve personally lived in this city has neglected to do those simple two or three things required by law. You have the basic right to move in to a move-in ready unit and live and rent peacefully without fearing or being anxious about things like health issues or retaliatory eviction in accordance with the law and basic human rights. ...
