DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! This place deserves way less than one star!!! My fiancee, daughter and I lived here for a year. Issue after issue. To begin with we were all sick for the entire year that we lived here. We found out that we had been exposed to black mold. They painted over the black mold! We couldn't breathe and by the end of our year lease, I was in the hospital. Upon contacting the company I was ignored EVERY SINGLE TIME. A tenant that runs a food business out of her apartment poors her cooking grease off her balcony weekly onto the back steps and it makes them very slick and my daughter has fallen and busted her nose open. They stopped answering my maintenence calls and wouldn't let me in the door to their office and the building manager even stopped responding to emails. At the end of our stay a male that didn't live in the building was sleeping in the stairway. He would follow me and my daughter daily to my door. I called the police multiple times and they told me to call management and have the door code changed. The manager said "You'll be moving out soon anyway". I literally had to start carrying everywhere. They don't care about anyone's safety or health. BE CAREFUL IF YOUR A FEMALE. I WAS GETTING OUT OF THE SHOWER ONE TIME AND STEPPED OUT TO GET A TOWEL AND LUCKILY OUT OF THE CORNER OF MY EYE SAW THE FRONT DOOR OPENING AND SCREAMED AND IT WOKE UP MY FIANCEE. THE MAN SAID HE WAS FROM MAINTENENCE BUT I NEVER SAW THAT MAN AGAIN. WHO THEY GIVE MAIN KEYS TO IS BEYOND ME. This place smells horrible of must. This is the worst place to live. Scum. One washer in the building worked the whole year I was there. The elevator worked maybe a month out of the year, so if you live above the second floor I hope your in excellent health because with that black mold you'll be exposed to it will be hard to breathe plus you will have to walk up a LOT OF STAIRS. The parking lot is only big enough for half of the tenants and when you do park back there your car will probably get broken into. Good luck having packages delivered here. Every package will get stolen. This company claims that the have no where to put cameras on the inside or outside to stop the thiefs from smashing windows and stealing packages, it's probably management STEALING is why!! After your lease is up they think that their apartments are worth upping the rent $300. $1250 to live in these mold infested apartments. Literlly I fell to the floor laughing when they sent me an email thinking i would renew my lease. I have now retained a lawyer. Save yourself the stress, money, and health issues and move else where. Hell you might as well live in the stairway like the man that followed me around, that's pretty much what it's like. Take a look for yourself. You will see how nasty it is when you go view an apartment. Read all of the prior reviews. Mold is an ongoing issue. This place is nasty!!!! ...

So bad. Management is a joke, I have received numerous email that are actually incoherent? It is impossible to park, your packages will almost definitely get stolen. Appliances work about half the time, my AC has worked about 30% of my time here, and I had a mold problem because the whole place is so shoddily made. Bad insulation in the walls and windows installed incorrectly. Also kind of sketchy the company keeps changing their name- like three times in one year- probably to get away from their deservedly terrible reputation. ...
