This is basically a brand new apartment complex located in the suburbs of St. Louis. The best part about living in this area is that it is more residential than anywhere in downtown St. Louis and I genuinely feel safe at all times. It is in a more quiet area of Maryland Heights, MO and makes for a great living situation if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still looking to be within a reasonable drive to all of the commodities that living in the city would offer. Overall, the traffic is not bad at all and the exits to main interstates and highways are within 5 minutes or less if you commute to the inner city.
