Horrible experience with them. Price might seem good but utilities will empty your wallet. My total bill (utilities ect) for luxury apartments I live in are only $100 more per month b/c the utilities were outrageous with Bob Schmitz. Safety was the reason we moved b/c there were a series of robberies on our street. Bob Schmitz is a horrible landlord to work with. When we got our security deposit back, Bob Schmitz took out money for ridiculous "repairs" such as $25 for removing a poster from the wall and "removing" the mold that was already in the bathroom in the 1st place. He charged us electricity for showcasing the house after we had already moved out. Basically we were paying him to advertise the house without our knowledge or consent.
