The neighborhood is gated and closed off. Though it is relatively far from campus it is right by the recreational center, which really encourages you to go out and walk around. The maintenance stay on the premises, which allows for quick responses to emergencies. There was one instance that I had an overnight emergency after a call, a staff quickly came to check and deal with the situation. This is one of the best places I have stayed with through all my university experience and would recommend to anyone. ...

When I firsted moved in my air condition did not work for a couple of weeks and a little time after that my hot water stopped working. Other than that I feel like it is a good place to stay if you are looking for something not too fancy but just enough.

I would describe my experience at Paramount 3800 as quiet but average. With it being a student apartment community as well as having cheap rent, I feel mostly safe with it being a gated community and I can appreciate the amenities that are open for use (COVID-willing). With this being said, Paramount 3800 in Greenville, NC is okay to live in. ...

The paramount is a very nice place to live. The rent is really cheap I live in a 4 bedroom apartment and I pay $319. It has a study room which is really nice and quiet to study in. The neighborhood is really safe and If you do not have a car they have shuttles. ...
