I really enjoyed my stay here! It's 3 blocks from campus but you do have to climb up those south side stairs which isn't fun to do every day. The apartment itself is really pretty great, though! It's very quiet at night and fairly quiet throughout the day. I lived in the complex across the street from the pool so it was probably more quiet than the complex next to the pool. The grounds are meh. Not gorgeous and not huge but what they have is well maintained which is more than you can say about a lot of apartments near here. The neighborhood can get a little sketchy late at night if you're by yourself but I tend to scare easily so take that with a grain of salt. The staff was great and maintenance requests were always responded to in a timely manner. I also felt very safe in the apartment, even when I was there alone. ...

The Brittany is reasonable housing that is about a 10 minute walk from campus. There is plenty of social activities that involve the complex and neighboring apartments. In compliance with BYU honor code drugs and alcohol is prohibited and that is strictly observed by the students living there. ...

The Brittany has been decent overall. It is sort of the lesser of many evils, because there are not many good options in Provo. The rent was fine until it went up. I wouldn't say that the price is worth it now.

Overall, my wife and I have had regular problems with our apartment since moving in, but maintenance has always been quick to fix problems. Staff doesn't always let tenets know when maintenance workers are coming, but otherwise they do their job and are helpful. ...
