Terrible. If you like getting hit with fees all the time that are out of your control, then this is the place for you. We got hit with a pet waste fee even though we didnt agreee with it, we still paid it. We clean up after our dogs everytime and figured it might of been when our dog had diarrhea. Afterwards we made sure to be even more careful and only take our dogs to one spot to do business. Next month and we get hit with another fee stating it was in between the buildings. Somewhere our dog has never even been. The fees are not cheap either. 250$ , 300$ then 350$. Staff just says its a dna test nothing u can do. Pretty much sucks to suck and pay the fee. You can be a good resident and pick up after your dog everytime and will still get hit with the fees. Now its only a matter of time before they say you did it again pay us more money. Rent is already super expensive and expect to pay another 300$ every month for bullshit fees that they can add on whenever they want. People stealing eachothers cars. Washer and dryer dont fit in the alloted space. Have fun lifting them over your head and spending multiple hours with multiple people to get them in. ...
