The Vic is one out of the many apartments I looked into when deciding where to live. The apartments are pretty nice and organized I didn't have any issues when moving in or how the apartment looked. Maintenence is usually always available when needed. The people that work there are pretty nice and do their best to accommodate you. They always host events to bring the community of the apartments together which is fun. The only downfall is the noise, you can literally hear everything through the walls and outside. It is difficult to find parking and I'm not too sure about the safety, things happen everywhere. Overall, I think it is a pretty decent place to live at. it is also close to everything, which is convenient. ...

Loud, over priced, door slamming. I haven't slept well the whole year I've lived here. I rented from fall '09 through summer 10.
