I have had issues with my water bill for several months now. I have had bucket tests done. I have reached out to the office staff. I have reached out to conservice and still NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!! I am a single mom with 2 daughters...there is absolutely no way we use over $130 a month in water! In September, no one was here for at least THREE WEEKS yet the bill remained the same. Conservice said that they have not gotten a reading from the meter in this building in months. They were simply estimating the bill based on past readings. Now, I did have a water leak last summer, however that was resolved and the bill looked normal for at least one month after that, but started getting ridiculously high soon after. Conservice says the property is responsible for fixing the issue, Kelly says that conservice is responsible. All I know is that I, Antraniece Sings, am NOT responsible for fixing the issue. I am the tenant, the client, the customer and and I have not received excellent customer service. In fact the vibe I get is "I'm so sorry this is happening to you, but it's out of my hands"...not just the vibe, this is the response I've gotten. On a personal level, I know it's not your problem. But on a professional level, even if it's not your problem, I feel like someone should at least HELP me try and resolve this!! Investigate! Do some digging! Find out what the issue is! I'm the client, tenant, customer in this situation, and you as a company should want to keep the client, tenant, customer satisfied. I'm a single mom, I just want to live peacefully, quietly and comfortably with my daughters. You get my rent EVERY month, you don't get any complaints about me or from me (except for this ghetto situation) so why in the world would you not want to help me figure this out? Basically, you don't care, it's not your problem.  I'll be forwarding this message to anyone that may be able to help me. That includes but is not limited to the media. I'm sick of not being heard and not being helped. I'm sick of feeling like the squeaky wheel that may be retaliated against for asking for basic help from the company that I pay my money to EVERY! SINGLE! MONTH! And I can't even get someone compassionate enough to help me out!!! An email to property manager ...

this property deserves 0 stars maintenance doesn’t fix anything just ride around I’ve been here for 2 years and still don’t have a stove only 2 tops work . Now my AC is out it’s been 3 days no one has showed up but they want their rent money on the first of each month ! Please save yourself and DO NOT MOVE HERE ?? ...

This place is a disgrace. You work so hard to pay rent on time to get treated like you are nobody. Living here I was to embarrassed to even invite my mother here.. Garbage every where outside in the parking lots and around trash cans. It's not safe for your kids to come out and play. My unit been leaking on and off for 3 years. I been out here through 4 property managers and they are all the same. No resolutions!! Rip off!! Rip off!! Please read all the reviews let this place be your last options. ...

Please do your research before moving here. It's so much work needs to be done to my apartment it's ridiculous. Those model apartments yeah they are nice. Try coming to the back. From management to maintenance is awful and the lies they tell you to make it seems as they care. I have maintenance issues since 2019 and trying my best not to call the city. Trying my best not to do a civil sue. Trying my best to be fair. People in the office like Kelly and Roxanne are really nice people. The two Ray's that's apart of maintenance team are nice people. All I asked for is to get things done. ...

Don’t not move to this apartment complex they don’t fix anything , the property is very unprofessional I signed and returned everything for my lease never heard anything back now they over charging me !!!!
