My stay at Sebastian Villages were cut short due to COVID, however it was a very nice apartment to stay in to prepare you for an actual off-campus apartment. During Homecoming, precautions were set in place to not have any guests on the premises. If I had a maintenance issue (which was close to never), they would come as soon as the request was sent. You can't control your neighbors, but mine (for the most part) were very respectful and quiet. Rooms are a good size! ...

It's nice. Of course it's not going to be super quiet, it's right on E Market St. I can say that I had maintenance problems in my room. The carpet had staples sticking out the floor, my shower head was linking, and my bed had fell to the floor because of their welding issues. But, the apartments are overall nice on the inside and outside. ...

So far I am enjoying living in Sebastian. If you have any issues they fix them on time. It is a good place to live. They also have security on the site. It is about less than five minutes away from the school so it is not far at all.

Sebastian Villages is a very nice apartment complex. The staff is nice and maintenance is always there and on time to fix issues. Safety in Sebastian Village is sufficient. I would recommend to many college students.
