Where to start. We moved in about 3 weeks ago to a washer and dryer with broken controls that took 2 weeks for them to come fix, not a good sign moving forward for emergency maintenance work. Carpet is installed pretty poorly in the units. They make you use their "technology package" which is $110+ and is just poor internet and a bunch of cable channels, none of which we use. I spoke to some residents who have been here longer and the pool was closed for all of summer a few years ago, there have been class action law suits, fun stuff. The staff is also very rude (when they are in the office, they are at a "different location" what seems like most days). I inquired about a storage unit right when we moved in and was told they would look into and let me know within 2-3 days, that was 2 weeks ago. On their site and on tours they also claim that you can reserve the basketball court after hours, this is only true if you're willing to sit on hold for 30+ minutes every time you want to use it. They say that you will just have access using their app but it has never worked and they don't answer their "24/7" phone. I can live with some rude employees and a few things wrong with the unit, but this is too much. Over promise and under deliver, piss poor living experience, AVOID. ...
