International student should not stay here. If you are an international student, and you are considering College Inn, change your mind ASAP. The agency is trying to scam you out of money. - First off application fee is 200 and deposit 100. - Then they gate keep information about how to sign properly, so that you will take longer time to sign - Then they will increase rates because you didn’t sign - Then they will tell you that deposit is now 2 months rent because you don’t have a US Social Security Number (SSN) Also their contract is complete BS and unfair for tenants. I mean the fact that they have so many additional fees and can throw you out of your place with no reason. It’s flabbergasting. I really hope that after reading this that you reconsider for anything else rather than College Inn. ...

do not stay here....it's the worse place in the world and the management sucks.... I rented from spring '08 through summer '08.
