If you are a UNC student, this is a great location to live. It is a very easy walk to campus. It is right on Franklin Street which is truly the best place to be. It is clean and the amenities are nice! If you have any issues with your appliances, the staff is pretty quick to come to the rescue. Most of the office staff were decently nice, however not exceptional, and one individual was rude on the reg. A downfall is that the walls are very thin and if you live next to loud neighbors you will just have to get used to it. You can report them but nothing really happens. ...
