Living there has been a nightmare, there is no maintenance for our roads or sidewalks. When complaining about those issue they say that it isn’t there problem. Maintenance people are incredibly rude and just show up unannounced. I have personally heard maintenance team bad mouth my apartment because of my animals. Apartment was also broken into once and could not get ahold of management to address the issue that I had. Please do not live there find somewhere else. All my furniture was broken when I moved in as well and they will likely try and charge me for it since I also disregarded the move in picture process but I didn’t expect all my furniture to be in such poor condition. ...

They completely disregarded the form I filled out on the condition of the apartment. I had to fight so they didn’t charge me to fix prior damage. So clearly they weren’t going to replace the desk since it was damaged before me. They charge you for prior stuff without ever fixing it. Now waiting on my refund. Let’s see if I can get it before I get my lawyer involved. Also lost my mail, there’s no cameras so no safety precautions out here. ...

Buildings are cheaply made, which I can deal with. The management on the other hand will make your life miserable. Hidden fees, rude and unprofessional desk staff, bribing people for good reviews or making employees write them... Management will try to charge you whatever they can and not give anything in return. They will come into your room unannounced and cus you put for putting in a work order making a complaint. They are worse than the restaurant owners on kitchen nightmares. Amenities are not what they advertise. Overpriced for what you get. Could honestly write a book on what is wrong with this place. ...

Do not live here. Run by a corporate machine looking to maximize profits with no interest in or accommodation for residents. Slow to fix heat in the winter during freezing temperatures. Customer unfriendly policies when renewing and moving units. They actually charge extra when you move units and give you 24 hours to move, on a day of their choosing within a 9 day window with zero lead time. You are notified on the day that you're required to move. You're at the mercy of their schedule with no accommodation for circumstances. ...
