This apartment complex is a great location very close to Blackstone, downtown, the airport, and UNMC/Creighton. Cons: The parking situation sucks. There are about 5 parking spaces for a complex of 14 units. You’re able to park in the street but there are also other complexes and houses that you’re fighting for on street parking. Every night the street parking gets full, so you’ll have to park 2 blocks down. The washer dryer combo is confirmed when it comes to saving space but it sucks. It takes over 2 hrs to completely wash and dry your clothes and if you’re thinking about washing your bedding, it’s better to just go to a laundromat. Another con, is that they randomly hike up trash fees and other little fees like that without any warning and it’s in the middle of your contract, so there’s not much you can do about that. The apartment is not sound proof at all. I could always hear my downstairs neighbor snoring or getting it on with his lady friends and the house next to the apartment has very loud parties every weekend that would end at around 3am. Pros: Maintenance is very fast and professional. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. ...
