For what this unit lacks in amenities, it makes up for in privacy. The majority of the tenants are retired so it's quite and comfortable. The landlord is quick to make repairs as needed and runs a very well kept and clean facility. Each unit is all electric, a huge plus because the gas company in Lincoln is mafia. Central air, well thought floor plans, and security round out a bargain for the space. ...
