Floorplans work very well for dealing with roomates. Located right off the interstate, but there is no noise. 5 min drive to downtown. Landlord lady is SUPER nice. Really no problems with the apartment! Diverse group of people (young to old) but no one creepy! Cable included makes it very affordable! I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...
