The rooms and the space are very nice. I think these apartments would benefit someone who is more keen on meeting new people and living in a dorm style apartment complex. I personally like the idea of living in a more private place with less noise from my neighbors. And although living right next to downtown has its benefits, being so close to the nightlife just wasn't the right fit for me. ...

Latitude is a great, fun experience that I was lucky enough to get during my time in Lincoln. I currently live here and I also lived here last year as well. I've made a lot of friends, the staff is very helpful in regards to key issues, parking problems, or maintenance requests. I would definitely recommend Latitude to a friend. ...

I really enjoy living here. I am roommates with two of my best friends. I enjoy the freedom I have here compared to living with my parents or in the dorms. The apartment itself is very nice. I have everything I need here, and I do not feel too cramped. I enjoy being downtown and near campus without actually being on campus. My only complaint is the price, but the price is still cheaper than the dorms, so I can't complain too much. ...
