Maintenance was quick to respond but after 6 months the property management stopped making the effort - explains the high turnover rates! My rent was reasonable- 2bed 2bath and they did rent a spit for half price. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11.

I agree with everybody else..This place is VERY expensive and beyond loud. I can't wait to move out. Its a shame because the maintenance is so quick and the parking is great. They said they dont allow students either, but you better believe we have a rowdy bunch living below us..their CD just finished a 2nd round of Notorious BIG I rented from summer '08 through winter '09. ...

If you value your sanity, do not move into these apartments. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything (and I do mean everything) that your neighbors do and the management of the building won't do anything about it. They are over priced, poor quality apartments and I've been miserable since I've been here. I rented from spring '07 through fall '08. ...
