The super was a great guy! Super nice and helpful. Thursday nights were loud as heck because the apts are located behind frat row, but my apt was facing frat row so I don't think everyone is experiencing this. It's located in a busy area of New Brunswick, so this is expected. My neighbors were all nice and didn't have any issues if I made noise and had people over (but I was in a corner). and I didn't have any problems with noise from my neighbors at all. It was fairly priced and you get what you pay for - it's not the newest place. Great place to live in College! ...
