I lived here in 2022 for a year. There are many many issues with the building/apt but the two biggest ones are that the restaurant below (cafeteria) blasts music all night that comes through the floors into the apartment. It’s like they’re playing it in your apartment. Also they empty their recycling loudly outside the window in the middle of the night every single night around 12am and 4am and it is so incredibly loud. Also all packages pretty much get stolen from the lobby. We notified management of both of these issues and they never even got back to us despite many messages. ...
