Old appliances, windows rattle with wind, laundry often not unlocked, loud music and nightime partying, drugs done openly, cigarettes butts and trash on lawn, maintenance rude after complain of repair, management extremely rude, not gated because gate not shut at night, new management took over November 2009 worse than previous management, could be good complex if had good management that cared for tenants and complex because it is right off the highway I rented from fall '09 through spring 10. ...

Unfriendly management and maintainence, laundry facility frequently not unlocked, trash not picked up, and people don't clean up after their dogs or keep them on leashes. Lots of drugs and drinking with partying at night. Management does nothing to stop the drugs or partying at night. I rented from spring 10 through fall '09. ...
