Avoid this place like the plague. Maintenance will do NOTHING, and then, after you move, they will try to nail you for all of the maintenance problems that they did not fix while you were living there. My apartment flooded and mold grew in the linen closet to the point I was sick and nothing was done. They also came into my apartment, without my permission, and cut a hole in the ceiling for reasons I still don't know. Nothing gets fixed, and they'll hit you with every fee possible when you move out, because then they HAVE to fix the apartment. Not to mention that I found bullets in the driveway one day when I got home, and there were kids there trying to burn the apartments down. It's a cheap place, but it's not cheap enough to make up for all the horrors that you will be hit with I rented from fall '09 through summer 11. ...
