the noise here is absolutely ridiculous. it's 3:30 in the morning, and my neighbors are drunk and screaming and fighting outside my door. you can hear EVERYTHING. word for word profanities. people pound on my door and ring my doorbell in the middle of the night just to be jerks. there's trash all over- red cups and beer cans and vomit in front of my door nearly every day. and they're raising the rent AGAIN. i just got a flier asking me to renew my lease, which isn't up until august of next year. ?! clearly, they're trying to push me into signing up for this hell for another year before i realize how much it sucks. too late!! can't pay me to stay here another year!!! Great Complex! Right across the street from campus, I would definitely recommend! I rented from spring '07 through spring '08.
