If I can give you any advice on whether or not you should live at Eagle Crest Apartments-it’s RUN! Run as fast as you can! These apartments are so horrible! The management switched recently to the flakiest, rudest and most unhelpful staff imaginable! Expect calls to go unreturned (including those to the after hours maintenance), your apartment to be “inspected” 4 times a year, your car to be unsafe in the parking spots, over-charging of rent, rediculous water and trash bills (close to $100 for a 1 bedroom aparrtment), tons of bugs, and a staff that just really could care less. and you have to give 60 days notice which is only written in VERY fine print at the end of the lease-or you must pay 3 times the normal rent. Don’t live here…..I wish I didn’t! I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...

Do not rent here. They lie to you about the water that is tacked on to your rent every month. I pay on the agerage $50 in the winter and $80 in summer extra just for water. They don't tell you that. The people that work in the office are very rude and offendsive. My cars were broken into, the management didn't care that I had to pay $500 for my insureance dedutables. No scurity they say they do but never seem them. The bugs are everywhere. They are so infested you can't believe it. Cockroches! I had bug bits. They attempt to fix things in the units and don't do a good job and it is broken again. All my neighbors hate living here too. Just ask anyone living there. Don't be fooled by the discount rate and the pretty model. It's discounted for a reason. They also require a two month notice to end your lease or you pay three times the rent to get out. Sure it looks nice and big but get your water quote in writing(they wont) buy an alarm for your car and get bug spray. Your rent for two bedroom is not $865 special it's $935 (water and split between everyone) I rented from fall '05 through fall '06. ...

If your thinking about moving to this place, think again. Just take my word on it and keep looking. Management, parking, crime, price and everything else you can imagine is not good here at Eagle Crest. Management is rude and and very inconsiderate. Their customer service skills suck. Parking is pretty much non-existent. I see the cops here quite often. I've had to call the cops before on some domestic disturbances. The bugs in the summer time are absolutely horrible.
